change the spacebar to go back to previous mouse position

10 years of sony vegas trying out  APPGoing to try and explaine best i can..... With any version of vegas if i haad 30 min clip      could click on 10mins 3 seconds play to 14.37 seconds then hit space bar  would take you back 10.03 exact frame        then move to 10.13APP sort of does if i click the mouse but if the mouse moves you lose where you statedhow can i make a keybord shortcut to this or better just use space bar and jkl keys

Premiere edits in hours, minutes, seconds and frames.

So when typing in 10.03 that would be 10 seconds and 3 frames. 10.13 would be 10 seconds and 13 frames.

Need to type in 10.03.00 and 10.13.00

Use the in and out point and make a shortcut for play video in to out or something simular.
