Hello, I am using the 2024 latest version premiere pro. I can't find the change to color effect in the effect panel. is there anything I need to open? I can't find any information. emergency support please

You can use Color Replace instead. Not that good as Change to color.

If you are on a Mac the effect has been removed from the program.
