Changed location of adobe dynamic link?

Hey everyone, after having a problem with text based-editing I was shown a fix in Pr Beta, now that I've relocated all my clips and moved my comp from Pr beta to Pr, the linked after-effects comps from the original are offline (linked to a broken comp). Is there a way to relink the same files in my fixed Pr comp in place of the old ones in after effects?
