Choppy and jumpy video playback

Hi I have a problem, today I wanted to edit short movie from osmo action (MP4100Mb/s 60fps 4k ) in PP but playback is choppy and in my opinion during playback it jumps backward.... I don’t know what to do.

I thought that’s its some kind of hardware issue but Resolve and Filmora works perfect...  

Any ideas how to fix it?
