Choppy Exported Video

Hi,
Today I encountered a very weird problem while editing and exporting drone footage. I shot the video at 4K 24fps and when I imported the video was playing smoothly but the exported video after editing was too choppy. I checked the sequence settings, and export settings everything was at 24fps.

But when I lowered the fps to 10 the exported video was working okay (manageable) but not smooth. Any suggestions on how can this issue be resolved?
