Choppy graphics motion on video

Hey,

i'm having an issue with really choppy motion when i move graphics around on my videos. i see many videos where they have very large images and they "zoom" in and out and left to right very smooth. i cannot get this smoothness in my videos. It looks like the graphics "chunk" across the screen. its not game breaking but i would prefer if it was a smooth motion. Here is an example of the issue i'm having. What can be done to fix this?
