Choppy / laggy a7c footage

Anyone experience choppy / laggy footage after recent latest update? 

I thought it was just the preview. But when it was exported, all the clips plays exactly just as the preview. 

But when I pop the a7c clips into Divinci resolve. Play back smooth and render smooth. 

Pop in the exported Divinci clips into premier and it plays smooth.

I'm guessing it's decoding issue with Sony's on premier. No issues with this before the update until now.

Any work around? Don't want to redo the whole project.
