Choppy Playback once I "Reverse Speed" on clip (Premiere Pro)_

Hello, please help!  My clips run perfectly and smoothly but when I "Reverse Speed" on any clip, my computer runs it super choppy and slow.  This is really weird since I can play all the clips on "Full" Quality but once I reverse it, I cannot even play it in "1/4" Quality.  I saw a similar post here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/premier-pro-cc-reverse-clip-choppy/td-p/6594354?page=2.  I tried to follow what they said by using "Optical Flow" for time interpolation and reversing the field dominance but it is still very choppy.  Can anyone help with this?  I never had this issue on my macbook air and I am now having this issue on my new PC which is much faster than my macbook; I should not be having issues like this.  Are there any other settings I could change?  Thanks.
