Chroma key

Hello guys. I'm using premiere pro cc 2019 and can not find the chroma key plugin. Where can I find it?

This plugin bears some resemblance. But I mean a plugin that came native to the premiere called Chroma key.

It wasn't a plugin if it came with Premiere Pro. It would be Color Key as Meg said earlier.

Premiere Elements calls it chroma key.
