cinema grade not working on premier pro

I just installed cinema grade, but when I open it none of the images that I selected are showing up, everything is black and I can do any editing. I already reinstalled it twice but the problem persists, any solutions?

When you have troubles with a third-party plugin, you need to contact the vendor for that plug-in.
