Cinema Screen Effect

Hello guys. I have one question if someone can help me. I'm working on one project ( Machinima ) and I have some sceens where characters watching movie on a wall but I want to add on that wall cinema screen. So my question is do I have any similar effect in Premier or Adobe Effect or the simplest way would be to download from somewhere Transparent Cinema Screen Image and then Import that in Premier and adjust Posistion and scale it to fit on that wall so It looks like its there? After that I can adjust size and position of my video so I can fit him inside of that Cinema Screen. I'm asking this question because maybe there is some other way that will look more profesional . Thanks
