Clicking on the source or record monitor doesn't highlight it

Premiere CC2018.1 on OS X 10.13.4

Dual screens, with the UI organized into 2 floating windows.

1. Click on a bin - it will highlight (/ active / receive focus).

2. Click on a source or record monitor - it will not highlight.

3. Click on it again - it will highlight.

Are you seeing the same behavior?

Pretty maddening...
