Clicking timeline scrollbar causes bar to maximize

Hi guys,

I have an annoying problem that's probably an easy fix. Everytime I'm trying to scroll through the time line, when I click on the scroll bar it sometimes maximizes so I can see everything on the timeline, how do I stop this?

This cannot be adjusted in Premiere Pro, it´s a trackpad/mouse issue and the double click speed can be adjusted in Mac OS: Change mouse tracking, double-click, and scrolling speed on Mac - Apple Support
