Clip Deletion Lacking a Warning in Team Projects

I've noticed in the past few months that while working in a Team Project deleting a clip that is currently being used in a sequence does not have the usual warning (image attached.) It happens still within Local Projects. Is this a feature of Team Projects? or a setting that I can turn back on?
