Clip length issue

I am encountering an issue with importing several of my clips. The problem arises when we open the clips in a sequence; some of the clips are cut (not complete) in the timeline. I've tried extending the clip using the red arrow, but it doesn't work. So, I checked if it's a problem with the clips by opening them with VLC, but they are complete. Therefore, the issue lies with the import in Premiere. For instance, we have a great shot that is supposed to last 1 minute 20 seconds, but we only have the first 46 seconds, which is quite inconvenient for starting the editing process.

Could you please help us resolve this issue?
