Clip Speed / Duration Unlinking not working

I'm trying to unlink the speed and the duration, but it won't work. The link chain button looks off to the right.

I uninstalled Premiere and reinstalled but it still won't work, and still to the right.

Project panel and Source Monitor should now be fixed with 24.5 beta build 003.

This should be fixed from the Timeline in 24.4 beta build 038+

There is still an issue from the Project panel and Source Monitor that we hope to fix soon.
