Clips causing screen to fluctuate size

Hey There. New to Premiere. I have several graphic elements I've added that are timed to audio. No settings have been touched or keyframes created but everytime a new clip I have added reaches its visibility point on the screen, the existing graphics shift a few millimeters like the old 80's flicks where the previously placed prop is just a tad off when a new one is placed and the camera goes back on. Am I explaining this correctly to follow? Why is it doing this? Somebody help me out?
