Clips not Snapping when Speed Adjustment Applied

I am shooting video in 4K120 amd 4K60.  The 4K120 does not record audio so I need to align the videos so the audio lines up.  To do this I slow down or speed up one clip and put a marker at the same point in the videos.  If both clips have no speed adjustments applied the markers snap in line.  However, when one clip has a speed adjust applied they wont snap together.  Am i missing something?  Is there a way to do thing
