Clips that I import into Premiere Pro are cut off of the first 10 seconds

I would like to know how I can solve this problem, when I import clips in MP4 format , they are automatically cut off of the first 10 seconds in Premiere Pro .

What should I do to solve it?

It might be Variable Frame Rate video. Where did the video come from? Vid Camera, phone, screen grab, etc.
