Clips will not create Multi-Cam Source Sequence from Audio synchronize point

All my clips and sound files have synched via the Multi Camera Source Sequence Method apart from 2 and as a newbie I am uncertain whether to just merge these other two clips so i can get on with changing everything to Proxys and editing...can anyone advise please? What would be the best solution?
