Closing Lumetri Panel doesn‘t turn off selection follows playhead

Normally the Lumetri Panel automatically activates the selection follows playhead function. And it should deactivate this function, when I close the Panel.

Now in Premiere Pro 23.1. (German version) on my MacBook Pro (macOS Ventura 13.0.1, German OS) it doesn't turn off the function when I close the panel. 

Steps to reproduce:

- open the Lumetri Panel: selection follows playhead should be activated

- close the Lumetri Panel: selection follows playhead stays activated

That means I have to turn it off manually, after Closing the panel. In previous versions this happened automatically.
