CODEC problem Exporting H265 HEVC Into Adobe Media Encoder 2020 from Premiere Pro CC2020

I imported a file yesterday into my Premiere project panel - with the following properties:

File Path: D:\Bobobird\Birnam Woods\DJI_0303.MP4
Type: MPEG Movie
File Size: 876.60 MB
Image Size: 3840 x 2160
Frame Rate: 29.97
Total Duration: 00:01:13:16
Pixel Aspect Ratio: 1.0
Alpha: None
Video Codec Type: HEVC 10 bit 4:2:0
-------------------------------
I created a sequence, popped the file onto its timeline, added an adjustment layer, and corrected color. I then used the "Export Media" to send the sequence to Adobe MEDIA ENCODER 2020. A warning appeared in the Encoder showing there was no CODEC for H265 HEVC, but that it was available to subscribers (which I have been for 10+ years). I tried for a hour to find the needed CODEC via Adobe,  and even uninstalled Premiere and reinstalled it, all with no luck.
The SOLUTION: I selected my file in the Project Panel, right clicked and selected "Export". The file that was produced had the following properties:
File Path: D:\Bobobird\Birnam Woods\DJI_0303_1.mp4
Type: MPEG Movie
File Size: 95.26 MB
Image Size: 3840 x 2160
Frame Rate: 29.97
Source Audio Format: 48000 Hz - Compressed - Stereo
Project Audio Format: 48000 Hz - 32 bit floating point - Stereo
Total Duration: 00:01:13:16
Pixel Aspect Ratio: 1.0
Alpha: None
Video Codec Type: MP4/MOV H.264 4:2:0
---------------------
This new file worked in Media Encoder as expected.
I don't know what the issue is, but this work-around, even though slower, did work. I hope Adobe addresses this soon.
By the way - this video footage was shot on my DJI Mavic 2 Pro.
Hope this helps.

Kevin Monahan calls it Satan's codec which I find a perfect description.

Converting or proxies is the way to go.
