Collaborative Project Crashing When Trying To Publish Project

Whenever my team tries to publish their edits to our collaborative project, it crashes their project.

All the editors have the files locally (through a hard drive given to them). They are also working with proxies, but they all have the same proxy setting being used. 

Does anyone know what the issue is?
