Collect Files and Copy to New Location isn't using my original clip edits

Goodday! I need to export my project and used media to share it with an editor in another state. When I use Project Manager to Collect Files and Copy to a New Location, the resulting project uses totally different trims and edits of my clips than in the original project sequence. What in the blazes am I doing wrong here? Thank you for your consideration!
