Color and assembly options missing from workspace

I am running the latest version of PP on Windows 10 and cannot get the color workspace to load as an option. Any advice please. I am learning to use the lumetri options but for workspace can only choose editing, effects, audio and CS5.5

Thanks

Jacqui

Hi Ann

I have uninstalled and removed preferences, then reinstalled and still have the same issue. The alt+shift+2 did not do anything.

I have Version 6 on my computer. Do you suggest I remove that too?

When you uninstalled, did you use the OS uninstall tool, or the Adobe CC Cleaner Tool ...

I'd suggest ... with PrPro 2017 installed ... downloading & running the CC Cleaner tool, and using it to both uninstall PrPro 2017 and do the cleanup. I realize the instructions say run after an OS-based uninstall, however in my experience (and a number of others) when I've then run the Cleaner tool, it either says there's nothing to clean up or doesn't really do anything. It can do both, it's an option in the settings ...

And then re-boot your machine, and from the CC Desktop app, download & install a clean fresh copy. That may get you "home".

Hi Jim

I am running CC 2017. I have probably all previous versions under my adobe folder. In the past I had CDs that I downloaded the programme but more recently have used the Creative Cloud to update.

When I go to Window>workspace>edit workspace I can only choose from these. Could it be due to having older versions?

Try alt+shift+2 or

Might accidentally deleted them.

I would reinstall and remove preferences on de-install.

And uncheck Import workspaces from projects.

"Latest" is too vague.  Which version specifically are you running?

Go to Window > Workspaces > Edit Workspaces...
