Color and Effects tabs crash Premiere Pro

Had anyone experienced a crash of Premiere Pro when trying to click on Effects or Color tabs?

The window goes grey like it is loading the page but nothing comes up, I am forced to close the program, after reloading the same thing occurs.

Tried restarting and reinstalling and still have the same problem.

Would anyone with experience please recommend a solution. Thanks.

Mist users can get the color workspace working in various steps as laid out above. You should also be able to use the All Panels workspace and modify what's open and where it's located, including Lumetri panel and scopes.

I'm having the same issue.. Premier pro crashes after i hit the color tab on the top.. Hopefully they fix this issue soon... can't color correct.

Use the 'All Panels' workspace, and bring up the Lumetri panel and Lumetri scopes in that workspace.

I was hoping the most recent update would have fixed this, but it hasn't. Reseting the layout didn't do anything. If they don't rush an update, I'm dumping this software.

Yes, it just started today.  Trying to a edit a project I've been working on for a couple days and now I can't do any color correcting.  The Workspaces reset didn't work for me

Try it a couple of time after rebooting.

Try going to Workspaces, and use the option "reset to saved layout" ...

Thank you Neil, This seems to get around the issue. However I am required to do it every time I click the tabs at the top. It's better than restarting the program. Thanks!
