Color being changed on import, no settings changed

I just opened a video clip in a new PP project on a new sequence without changing any settings. I attached a screenshot of what the video looks like when being played back outside of PP (as it should look) and how it does when opened in PP. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

Side note, screenshot from PP is from the beta version but the same thing was happening on regular and actualy also on AE I believe
