Hi, I'm struggling on color issues when I open a video in Premiere video.

The raw video is absolutely fine but whenever I open the video in Premiere, It seems the colors have been distorted.

Can any experts advise how to solve this problem?

As would be answered by the vid linked by Peru Bob, that's a color space management issue.

Your clip is probably HLG, an HDR form, and you're displaying it on an SDR or 'standard' Rec.709 color space sequence ...

- Do you want to work in HDR? It's still a bit problematic and a lot of screens don't handle it well, but if you do ... make sure your Seqeuence CM settings are for Rec.2100/HLG, and that your monitor and OS are set to work in HDR. Then export using a preset with HLG in the name so you are using a correct export preset.

- Do you want to work in SDR, in Rec.709, still the most common color space? If so, go to the clip/s in the project panel, right-click/Modify/Interpret Footage, and set the Override option at the bottom to Rec.709. Work on a Rec.709 sequence and use the standard export presets.
