Color grade changes after I edit

I have had an issue recently that I have never encountered. I am currently color-grading a project using adjustment layers. After I finish the color grade I will leave the sequence and when I return, my grade is blown out. I have re-graded my footage several times and the same problem continues to happen.

      Fascinating, though not in a good way, of course ... 

       

      What are your color management settings? The whole chain ... project, clip, sequence, display ... easiest to access is the Color Workspace, Lumetri panel, Settings tab.

       

      What is your media? What are you doing in the Lumetri on the Adjustment layers? And ... are the Lumetri effects still set, just not affecting the image, or back to default, what?

      Everyone's mileage always varies ...
