Color Grading for Streaming Services

We are shooting a Pilot for a Paranormal Investigative Docu-Series that will be pitched to all of the major streaming servies - Netflix, Amazon, Disney, Max, Discovery, etc. I was wondering if I should be color-grading in Rec. 2100 PQ so that the Metadata is saved and uploaded along with the 4K HDR footage. Or if I should just concentrate on 4K 3840x2160 and not worry about HDR? It's a reality show, not a drama or a movie series. But will the content get shot-down based on formating alone? We are a newer production company barely tipping our toes into the streaming services, and would like some perspective on what these major players expect these days, especially with higher end TV's pushing the boundaries with HDR content. 

Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated.
