Color is faded in my program window

Hi guys, I have been working on Premiere Pro for a long time now but today I ran into a problem, when I uploded my footage it shows faded and the colors are far from what they are supposed to be. When I try to export the footage it exports with the right colors but I need to have the right colors on the program to Color grade ect.

The working Color Space is set to Rec. 709 and that is the correct Color Space for my project, even when I try to open projects I have worked on in the past they open up with this faded color in the program.
