Color Is Off When Exporting with ME / Compared to Exporting In PP

I have a series of short videos I am trying to export through ME to save some time. When I do, the color of the video changes dramatically. When I export the same videos with, as far as I can tell, the same settings in PP, the colors are fine.

What seems strange, is that once the video runs in ME, it goes back and seems to alter my preview files in PP, so that if I then try and export directly in PP, the color is off again.

Here are two examples, one exporting through PP (with the darker green band) and the same video through ME (lighter green). The darker green is correct. I can notice a slight overall change, but it is that green graphic layer that seems most impacted. I really want to avoid exporting all of these through PP if possible!
