I click “Apply,” but it refuses to do its job. Premiere has a very unruly tool. I've already reset the settings! Please don't mention them anymore—just tell me how to fix this.

@Kevin-Monahan Both options. I tried creating a new sequence, restarting the program, and trying this with other files. After a few days, the problem went away. I tried doing this with the same file and project a few days later. So far, everything is working, but I wonder how long it will last.

Echoing what Paul says: working just fine. The match is very subtle.

Everything works fine for 2 seconds. Then the settings reset to their defaults. The settings aren't saved. In the video, I apply the settings twice, and both times they reset—check out the video.

Can you elaborate on what the issue is? From what I can see in your screen capture, it looks like it's working as expected. You click Apply Match, the color wheels reset, and then the adjustment is applied.

It seems pretty obvious—I click “Apply,” it applies the changes, but then it resets right away. And my video stays exactly the same as it was before. The option doesn't work.

That looks frustrating. Have you tried this in another project? Have you tried options in the “Reset Options” dialog box? Press Shift at launch. Option key should always get you there. Keep in mind that resetting preferences blows away any customizations you have. You may want to safeguard it (I move mine to the desktop). Let us know if you need assistance after that.

    Cheers,
