Hi, here is my problem:

  • In a new project I create a new 1080p25 sequ
  • Rectangle Tool -> create rectangle shape
  • (In the Essential Graphics Panel:) Set Fill Color to #A1B2C3
  • Create a 2nd shape, this time a circle
  • Mark the circle with the Selection Tool
  • (In the Essential Graphics Panel:) click on the eye dropper icon next to Fill
  • Pick the color trom the rectangle
  • In my case the color of the circle is now #9FADBE – if the program monitor (with the gaphic in) is placed on the iMac
  • And if I move the program monitor to my 2nd screen (HP monitor) the color of the circle is #91A4B7

Do you know the problem? What is wrong here?

TIA

HARDWARE

Hi @17636975 this has been driving me nuts! I've had this issue for over a year. turning off Display Color Management worked. I'm on 23.5.0 so I think you still have to do this. Thank you!

And does that possibly affect working with green screen? 😳

To clarify: I picked the color from my two monitors

Incidentally, I cannot reproduce the problem in AE, PS or AI.
In all of these apps, the color picker picks up the color correctly.
