Color selection for bins/elements in project window - currently not userfriendly

The colors available for the bins are not user-friendly. There are 3-5 green-turquoise colors to be selected that look too similar, 3 types of brown, 2 types of purple that look the same, 2 types of magenta that are not easily distinguishable. This choice of colors is not great. What would be useful for us users would be a customizable color selection: for example that we could define our own colors we like to use. I hope there will be an improvement, the current state is not satisfying.
