Color tab crashes Adobe Premiere 14.0

I've tried 6 or 7 times in the same project to get into the color tab. Premiere crashes every single time.

I have resent all my preset and cache (holding option+shift while launching Premiere) and it simply doesnt work.

I recreated the same project in 13.1.5 and the color tab works fine, so it shouldn't be the file I'm editing (I'm only clipping a single video and audio channel together).

Any suggestions? It's frustrating that the software is having a tantrum and there doesn't seem to be a simple fix...
