Colour coding labels disappear

Hello

I have been ingesting projects for senior editors and lable the cameras within the multi cam  with different colours to make it easier to navigate. When they take the injest project and start working on it, sometimes the colour information has not saved or does not show up on their side. Is there a way or setting to fix this.
