When selecting from picker tool the box gives me a different colour - never seen this before?

any ideas?

i am drawing box and using colour picker tool but colours dont match.... weird colour space error!

here is the issue..... colour of shape not exporting correct and correct at all.... dont get it as i fear my video colours not exporting correct either

For checking color at export, re-import the exported file into Premiere. If the color is the same, then there's a color management issue elsewhere on the computer.
