Dear Rocio,

Welcome to the forum. Thanks for the question. Try the following and let us know if it helps.

  1. Open the Creative Cloud Desktop App
  2. Sign in with your Adobe ID if you're not already logged in.
    Go to Preferences
  3. Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
Select Preferences from the dropdown menu.
    Set the App Language
  4. Navigate to the Apps tab.
Under the Defarult Install Language, choose Español (you may see options like “Español (Latinoamérica)” or “Español”).
    Reinstall the Applications
  5. To apply the new language setting, you’ll need to uninstall and then reinstall the Adobe apps (e.g., Premiere Pro, Photoshop).
This ensures the interface and tutorials load in Spanish.

I hope that helps.

Thanks,
Kevin
