Compilation Creation

Is it possible to take a syned master sequence and ask Premier to create x amount of sequences with the clips from the master sequence in a randomised order?

I work alot with compilation creation and dont want any of them to look similar to others. We publish mainly on YouTube etc. I am creating sequences and trying to make it as random and different as possible but it is tough and sometimes I lose track of the files I have or havent used. Hope this makes sense!
