Computer hard crashes when trying to transcribe audio.
When I try to create a generic static caption, once it is around halfway transcribing my computer hard crashes and auto restarts.
Last week I encoutered it and it would blue screen. (3 times)
Now coming back to using it, it will just go black screen. (5 times)
These happened in seperate projects and seperate footage.
Graphics driver is up to date, I even rolled back 2 versions and no luck. Currrently the graphics are up to date.
PR is up to date, I have not tried to roll back Premiere.
The only plugin I beleive I have is Black Magic Raw.
Here are my specs.
- My OS was Windows 10 and up to date. Funny enough I had moving to 11 as a thing I needed to do so I did it and now I am on the latest version of 11 and the problem still persists.
- Premiere version 24.1
- 64gb of RAM 3600mhz. I did add 32GB recently on the 29th and that is a POSSIBLE culprit due to it being the only change in my hardware.

I heavily rely on these for paper edits with a colleague and I see other people with this same issue and it would br GREAT to use the software we pay for and its feautures.
