    Please take a look at these: Adobe Premiere Pro System Requirements 

    4K video editing is CPU/GPU intensive, especially when you work with compressed footage (h.264/h.265), so don't be shy at the speed of your CPU, amount of RAM, capabilities of GPU (8GB or higher) and 3 separate SSD's (apps/OS, footage and temp).
