computer shutting down during export

I'm encountering a frustrating situation while exporting a project in Premiere 2023. Whenever I initiate the export process, my computer unexpectedly shuts down\locks. However, when I restart it, the export automatically resumes from where it left off. I work on PC- Dell XPS 15.

As a result, I find myself constantly monitoring and restarting my computer to ensure the export completes successfully. It used to happen when i exported very long videos (hour of 4K) but now it happens with short videos as well (2 minutes of 4K). i export to h264.

Any ideas or suggestions to resolve this problem would be highly appreciated!
