Confusing time stamp

Can someone explain the very high numbers in this metadata, that are associated with a very small clip. 

I take the first number to rep hours, but obviosly that is not possible.

I also so see a corilation with I/O points. I have not added amy

Thanks for the question. Looks like your media has been set to hour 18 with drop frame timecode. Quite the mystery! Which device actually shot these files? That might be important to know. Can you assist us with that information? Sure hope to hear back from you soon.

These are images from my Canon XA60., and its what Pr displayes on the timeline. 

I think I have wondered about thses numbers before; but I don't relate to a lot of meta data, so I never tried to understand the add numbers

On my Ax-53 I can use time of day timecode. Did you check the obvious, like the date/time your camera is set to, and any timecode function?
