Consistent Bug Reoccurrence

I'm having a cinsistent issue. On the timeline during an edit it will override any action and not allow me to undo.. It will sometimes revert to the timelines status of a few minutes ago and be stuck. This needs to be fixed asap, I'm starting to lose patience. The time lost is starting to mount.

Sorry, Premiere Pro. I've just updated to 25.5 and the issue remains.

For example, I'll delete a clip or move and it will instantly revert back to an earlier auto save or something and the timeline will basically be blocked.

Is any one having a similar issue?
