Consistent Crashes in Premiere Pro

Hey everyone, I am not sure why lately the crashes have persisted so much and so frequently for me. They usually occur when I change from premiere to another open program or window like Microsoft Word or even when I drag files from windows explorer into premiere. All three of my screens instantly freeze and lock up and then a hard reset automatically begins a couple minutes after freezing.

Not sure why it's freezing in these moments but any help would be so incredibly appreciated!

Here are my specs:

CPU: Threadripper pro 3975WX

GPU: RTX 3090

MOBO: Asus Pro WS WRX80E-SAGE SE WIFI

RAM: 256GB Kingston ECC RAM

SSDs:

System SSD: Sabrent Rocket m.2 NVME

Editing Drives:

1. 1TB Samsung 980 PRO M.2 NVME

2. 2, 1TB Samsung 980s

3. Samsun 970 Evo Plus 1TB

The entire system is cooled with a custom water loop (not sure if that info is needed or not)

THANK YOU!

Delete the Media Cache and Media Cache files:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/faq-how-to-clear-your-media-cache-in-30-seconds-in-premiere-pro-2020/m-p/11017257/thread-id/260446?page=1

If that doesn't work, try resetting the preferences:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/faq-how-to-reset-trash-preferences-in-premiere-pro/td-p/8236158?page=1

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.
from here:
https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/workspaces.html

If that doesn't work, try Preferences > Audio Hardware and set Input to None.

If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean installation of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver)

If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.

If overclocking, try disabling it.
