Constant Crashing CC 2017

Hey all,

Wondering if there's any response from the developers on the constant crashing. Cannot provide crash report, as it just says "Adobe Premiere Pro CC Has Stopped Working", and there is no attempt at finding a solution or recovering the project. It's crashed 4 times in the last hour.

There is no one action that causes it to crash, however I've noticed it crashes when I:

- Move a clip from one bin to another bin.

- Create a new title from current title.

- Add new audio track to timeline.

- Add new video track to timeline.

I just updated yesterday and have a very large project due tonight. This is driving me nuts. Please help.

Here's my system specs:

Premiere Pro CC 11.0.0

Win 10 64bit

Intel Core i7-5820K 3.3GHz

64GB DDR4

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 Ti

Any help appreciated, thank you.

Are any of these crashes experienced when moving or trimming clips on the timeline? It could help to enable Mecury Playback Software Render Only mode and close the Metadata window.

     Hi,

I'm having similar issues.  I can't do anything in CC 2017 without it crashing.  Here is a screen shot of one of the messages that pops up the most.

I can't ram preview or render from the program.

Im on a mac 2009 32gb ram gtx 970 on El Capitan.

never seen this message. But we think, that RAM might be a main reason for crashing. When opening a big BIN with lots of clips CC is crashing for shure. So made lots of small BINS (1 day work), but unfortunatelly it doesn´t help.

Adobe are you out there?

As previously stated, this is a user forum, not official Adobe tech support.

CC2017 crashing up to 10 times a day - normal working not possible.

With every Update it gets worse - it is still unbelievable!!!
