Continuously been facing issues while installing Adobe Premiere Pro. Error Code: 146 is showing Up again and again. 'Unable to move file. Rename the file and then try again'

Was perfectly using Premier and some update started happening post of which we are unable to use it. Uninstalled it properly but now seeing dialouge box on screen: There was a problem installing Premiere
