"Control Drag" VS "Control+Alt Drag"

Hello Everyone.

I know that If you Alt+Drag the Clip, It replaces the Clip, with the existing Clip In the Timeline.

Also, If I Control+Drag the Clip, It snaps It to the Drop Point, or the Cut Point

I can not tell a different with Control+Drag, and Control+Alt Drag a Clip.
