Convert SBS Stereoscopic Video to Green/Magenta Anaglyph Video

The title pretty much sums it up, is there a process -- either automatic or manual -- in Premiere Pro by which I can convert color, side-by-side stereoscopic video to green/magenta anaglyph video? I am using green/magenta since I understand color rendering is more accurate than the traditional red/cyan anaglyph.
